Body image is how you feel and what you think when you look at yourself. It’s also how you imagine other people to see you.

Your body image is influenced by your build and by your individual body parts – such as your legs, nose, stomach, the color of your skin, and the color or texture of your hair. How you think and feel about your sexual parts – the vagina and vulva, breasts, or penis – also affects your body image.

When we set out to tell you more about body image, we realized that there was no need to write a new article because there's an excellent article already out there. Here's what we mean:
